Wize News is a daily AI news service that aggregates, summarizes, and explains AI-related news across multiple fields. The service is provided by Ibraheem as an individual operator. Summaries are generated by AI and may contain errors — we make no guarantees about accuracy.

• →You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
• →You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• →You may not share your account credentials with others.
• →You are responsible for all activity under your account.

(This one is coming Soon) Access to the full service requires an active subscription. Billing is handled by Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the stated rate.

• →Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• →You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• →We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
• →Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice via email.

New accounts receive a 3-day free trial. No payment method is required to start the trial. After the trial ends, access is restricted unless a subscription is active. One trial per person.

You agree not to:

• →Use the service for any illegal purpose.
• →Attempt to bypass authentication or access restrictions.
• →Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from the service.
• →Use automated tools to access the API beyond normal usage patterns.
• →Share your account or subscription with unauthorized users.
• →Use the service to train AI models or language models.

The Wize News brand, name, and logo are owned by Ibraheem. The AI-generated summaries are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

You retain all rights to any content you submit (feedback, bug reports, etc.), but grant us a license to use it for improving the service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY. AI-GENERATED SUMMARIES MAY CONTAIN INACCURACIES. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

This disclaimer applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately. Content may be retained for up to 30 days.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
