Terms of Service

Wize News is a daily AI news digest service. It collects information from public sources, processes it through an automated multi-agent pipeline, and presents structured news summaries in two reading modes — Expert and Beginner.

The Service is provided "as is." We work hard to ensure accuracy, but automated systems make errors. Do not rely solely on our content for financial, legal, medical, or safety-critical decisions.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You sign in via Google or GitHub OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your OAuth account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

You may have one account per person. Creating duplicate accounts to circumvent subscription limits is prohibited.

Free Trial

New users receive a 3-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. After 3 days, the trial ends and the Service reverts to limited or no access unless you subscribe.

Paid Subscription

The Pro Subscription is $10 per month, billed monthly. Payments are processed by Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remainder of a billing period.

Refunds

Currently, We don't offer refund due to security issues. Contact hello@wizenews.com with your request.

You agree not to:

• →Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract content from the Service in bulk.
• →Share your account credentials with others.
• →Use the Service to train machine learning models without prior written permission.
• →Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code from the Service.
• →Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.
• →Republish or resell our content as your own without attribution.

Wize News's original writing, design, branding, and pipeline architecture are our intellectual property. The underlying news facts, research findings, and publicly available information we report on belong to their respective sources.

You may share individual summaries with appropriate attribution ("via Wize News"). You may not republish full daily editions or bulk content.

Our pipeline employs automated fact-checking agents. Despite this, we make no guarantee that all content is accurate, complete, or current. AI systems make errors. News sources contain errors.

Content is provided for informational purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, legal, medical, or professional advice. Always verify important information through primary sources before acting on it.

We are not responsible for decisions you make based on our content.

We aim for daily delivery by 6 AM. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be unavailable during maintenance or due to technical failures.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wize News and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion option in your dashboard.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Sections covering IP, disclaimer, and limitation of liability survive termination.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration if needed. Contact hello@wizenews.com before initiating any formal dispute process.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to changes, you must stop using the Service.
